Making The Leap
Making The Leap is a weekly podcast hosted by Christine and Chris Stigall. The Stigalls recently made the leap to Christian education, pulling their daughter out of a public school and sending her to a private Christian school. The Stigalls want to empower other families to choose the school that’s best for them and break free from the status quo. They speak with society experts, educators, legislators, psychologists, and other parents to uncover the hidden truths in education and lay the groundwork for change.

Making The Leap
Starting a Christian School in Rural America
Chris and Christine are joined by two local listeners, Megan and Kendra, who are in the process of starting a Christian school in Cameron, Missouri. With the help of SchoolBox, a program provided by the Herzog Foundation, Cameron Christian Academy is already growing in it's rural setting in northern Missouri.
Chris and Christine also comment on parents' growing concerns about teachers claiming to know how to raise children better than their own family. This issue emphasizes the importance of school choice and informed decision making when parents place their children in school districts.
